The procedure was amended in accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter dated September 21, 2026.

Please note:

A health examination report is required for enrollment in the Seasonal Program. Applicants should complete the necessary health examination in their home country before enrollment.

To prevent imported cases of measles and rubella, and to strengthen tuberculosis prevention on campuses, the government requires students studying Chinese language in Taiwan to provide the following health examination reports:

1. Proof of positive antibodies or an immunization certificate for Measles (IgG) and Rubella (IgG) 

2. Chest X-ray report for Tuberculosis 

◎Submission Process: 

- When applying, please upload the health check report along with your passport copy, academic records, and proof of financial support to the application system. 

- We provide a sample health check form (attached below), which you may bring to a medical institution for completion. 

- Other health reports with similar information are also accepted, even if they do not follow the sample format. 

◆Those currently holding a residence permit in Taiwan: 

- Students who have previously completed a health check (e.g., degree-seeking students in Taiwan or those who underwent a health check for visa purposes) only need to fill out the Google Form and submit a copy of their report on registration day.
